Returns and Exhanges
Because our products are printed via print-on-demand to make sure they are made just for you and without producing excess, we are sorry that we cannot offer returns or exhanges of items once they are shipped.
If you contact us within 48hrs of your order being placed, we're happy to cancel or edit your order for you before it gets made!
After that, we can offer a refund within reasons of the item not meeting your satisfaction. Of course we hope you love everything we make, but be sure to let us know how we can improve!
Why is your pricing different by design?
The vendors that we work with sometimes charge extra fees to have designs printed on the back of tees, or to have more inclusive sizing including 2XL and up. Because of this, we adjust the pricing on our designs accordingly and that is why you may see certain tees with different or higher ranges than others. We appreciate your understanding in making sure our team gets paid for the work they're doing! ;)
Shipping Policies
POD vendors can take up to 48hrs to accept a print order. Once the items are created and packed, and your receive your shipping notification, please allow up to 2 weeks if being sent through the USPS. For international deliveries, please allow up to 4 weeks or longer.
About POD or Print-On-Demand
Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Our vendors have been carefully researched to ensure we are collaborating with clothing and print companies with fair, ethical, and sustainable practices. Our favorites to work with include Printify, Printful, and Printed Mint. No matter which your apparel or goodies are shipped from, you can be sure they're printed with love and on some of your favorite fabrics including American Apparel, Comfort Colors, and Bella Canvas tees.
